This weeks theme for Muffin Tin Monday was Food Picks, Skewers and Kabobs. I really wanted to participate this week but did not get myself together for Monday. So on Tuesday I was thrilled when this was my conversation with Emily
Me: What should we have for lunch today?
Emily: What day is it?
Me: Tuesday
Emily: Well we could have a Muffin Tin Tuesday
Me: Of course we could…what a great idea!
And this is what I came up with…
Top Row: Half of a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (made with my pampered chef cut and seal..I <3 that tool), Marshmallow Kabob on a heart pick with Icing and Sprinkles, Other half of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Bottom Row: Grapes and Cheese Cube Kabobs, Salad, Grapes and Cheese Cube Kabobs
