Baking Cookies With Emily

Photobucket

This week Emily helped me bake cookies!

I also learned that you can make your own brown sugar if you have white sugar and molasses, which I did :0)

Making Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Emily likes to add the ingredients to the bowl.

Emily wanted to snack on the raisins while I put the cookies on the cookie sheet.

This is a really good recipe--I never knew you could make brown sugar either, thanks for this tip!

Thanks, too, for sharing this recipe today. Oatmeal raisin cookies are my Dad's favorite--I've actually never made any--now I have a recipe and a reason too:-)! BTW, trying your rice pudding this week.
