Emily's Fingerprint Watermelon
Emily loves watermelon so when I saw this watermelon craft on Blueberry Pancakes I knew we had to make it. Since we didn't have any watermelon with seeds I decided to have Emily make the seeds with her fingerprints instead.
Painting the watermelon with green and red paint.
Making the seeds with black paint and her fingerprints.
Emily enjoyed singing "Down By the Bay" after we finished our project.
This was one of my favorite songs when I was little!! We loved making up our ownt silly rhymes at the end.
Thanks for the shout out!! :) I'm glad you had fun making a watermelon and the song -what a great idea! I forgot about that one!! We need to sing it too.
