Emilys 4th of July Star Prints
Emily loves painting and since we already made a Flag Project for Memorial Day I decided that Red White and Blue Stars would be perfect for the 4th of July!
I gave Emily Red, White and Blue paint and let her use my star cookie cutter to print the stars on white construction paper.
Emily enjoyed making the star prints and after she finger painted with the leftover paint. I always love how she uses up the rest of the paint so it doesn't go to waste...she is definitely my little girl!!
Great idea!
ReplyDeletecute idea
ReplyDeletegreat job! i love cookie cutter art prints! :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. Since Anna already did fireworks twice (once with me and once in her school today), I might choose this one as an additional 4th of July. Fortunately, I still have a couple of projects up my sleeve - assembling an eagle and a flag :)
ReplyDeletevery patriotic. way to go, Emily!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute! We have all the materials so that would be a quick activity to do tomorrow. Thanks for the great idea!
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle
ReplyDeleteWhat fun. Stamping seems to be a hit with toddlers and I love that you can use all sorts of bits and pieces from around your home as "stamps".
